ICARO Vino is a small but immensely exciting project by friends Rocco, Luca, Gianmarco and Fabio. Their mission  is to revitalise and reintroduce the world to the wines of Romani Castelli (Roman Castles). Farming is organic and everything from grape to bottle is done by hand. The little-known indigenous grape Nero Buono is the hero here along with Malvasia and Trebbiano.

2021 ICARO 'Schicchera' Rosato

Rosé from compulsive drinking. It is for partying and revelry, for noisy dinners, pool parties and summer nights. Subtle tannins, freshness, lots of acidity and the impetuosity of youth. Schicchera is agile, snappy and immediate. To drink in a flash!

2022 ICARO Vino 'Nemico' Bianco

A blend of Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano, spending one night macerated on skins. A territorial wine that has aromatic weight, skinnsy substance and jovial freshness that makes it the perfect wine to party with, or alongside fresh seafood dishes. 

2022 ICARO Vino 'Operaio' Rosso

A wine of great freshness and surprising acidity with a crunchy tannin structure that lengthens and completes the drink. There is everything you need: red fruit and minerality, body, acidity and balsamic hints. Beuno!
