My order hasn’t arrived when you said it would?
We use Australia Post, A variety of Couriers, and in Melbourne we deliver ourselves. Whilst we hold ourselves to a precise delivery schedule, Australia post and related couriers can be less precise. Your tracking number will indicate where the delivery is, otherwise shoot us an email and we will investigate.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation with a tracking number, unless it is Melbourne Metro in which case we will be delivering this ourselves.
My order confirmation of Fulfilment email never arrived?
Check your Junk folder (usually there) or shoot us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I need to change my shipping information?
Let us know via email at your earliest convenience and we will endeavour to get it changed.
My order arrived broken, what do I do?
Our courier companies will usually get in touch with us in the event that something is broken in transit although this is rare. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. You will be notified of the new tracking number once the replacement parcel has been dispatched. If your parcel arrives broken, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for us to arrange appropriate replacements.
I think my wine is faulty, what do I do?
Cork taint (TCA) is a pesky little thing that can rear it’s head without warning, please leave ¾ of the wine in the bottle and return to your closest store for exchange or get in touch.
Other ‘faults’ such as Oxidation, volatile Acidity or unreasonable amounts of Brettanymyces can be unpleasant to drink. If you think your wine is faulty beyond reason, please leave ¾ of the wine and return to your closest store or get in touch: email@example.com
We deal with many wines that are made in an extremely natural way. As such some flavours as mentioned above, are to be expected of certain producers and wines, however it is our mission to give you a wine that you find delicious, so please get in touch if your not happy with your purchase.
My wine was not as described, I don’t dig it, what do I do?
Get in touch with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would much prefer replacing your bottle than have you suffer through something you find gross. Our mission is to be cupid between your tastebuds and a bottle of wine.
My order didn’t arrive correct, what do I do?
We try and make sure this rarely happens, but in the event that human error gets the better of us, get in touch via email email@example.com and we will correct it immediately.
Do you ship overseas?
We are currently only shipping within Australia.
Can I have my wine delivered express?
We don’t offer express post however if the order if urgent please get in touch as we may be able to arrange an alternative courier/delivery.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
If the order is still in our possession and has not been handed over to couriers we can work with you to ship to a different address, get in touch ASAP.
Can I pick up my order from one of the Wine bars?
Yes, all in-store pickups for same day orders before 12pm will be ready for collection at 3:30pm. Orders after 12pm will be ready for collection at 3:30pm the next day.
Do you offer chilled delivery?
Whilst we don’t guarantee it, get in touch and we can attempt to make sure it is ready to be drunk on delivery.
Can I order something that isn’t on the website?
Yes, we have wines in our wine bar cellars that might not be on the site, please get in touch for specific requests at firstname.lastname@example.org
All pricing is in AUD and is exclusive of delivery charges.
