Whip Wines is the rebranding of Aaron Fenwick’s Château Comme Ci, Comme Ça label. He’s leaning into Americana aesthetically but the wines are just delicious, unfussed expressions of their plot and grape.

The wines are separated into two releases: the rectangular labels (Arena), which in 2023 were made from the fruit Aaron farmed save Merlove; and the ovular labels (Round yard) which are made with Barossa sourced fruit from growers of which Aaron admires their great dedication to thoughtful farming.

The Round yards are made with Aaron’s restaurant background firmly at the forefront of his mind: wines from honestly farmed vineyards (certified organic across the board, in this case) that are eminently drinkable and delicious.

The Arenas are made with the intention of longevity in mind. Each of these cuvées have seen and will see at least two years of élevage between vessel and bottle, and will only be released when they express a deeper resonance and dimension.
