An hour southeast of Rome, the Castelli Romani (Roman Castles) region has long been a cool retreat for Romans seeking relief from the city's heat. Known for its numerous DOCs, all of ICARO cuvées come from the Velletri DOC.

This exciting project is led by friends Rocco, Luca, Gianmarco, and Fabio, who aim to revive and showcase the wines of the Castelli Romani. Their single vineyard in Velletri, surrounded by a 250ha natural forest, is farmed organically with all work done by hand.
