ICARO is a small, immensely exciting project by four passionate friends. Their mission is to revitalise and reintroduce the world to the wines of Romani Castelli (Roman Castles) and they’re doing a stellar job. Farming is organic and everything from grape to bottle is done by hand. 

Friccica is an ancestral sparkling wine from white grapes directly pressed in steel. Bottled with a little residual sugar to complete, with the first warm days, its natural refermentation in the bottle. No opulence, essential. Just a monstrous drinkability.
