Orange wine, amber wine, skin contact wine, there are many names for this seemingly new (yet very ancient) style of making wine which is basically just when white wine is made like red wine, where the juice of the grapes are kept in contact with the pigment-laden skins of  ‘white’ grapes for a nominated period of time.
