Dorsal Wines is Devin Alexander Myers, based on the wild, old growth redwood coast of Mendocino, California. Joined now in the cellar by his partner Jenna St. George, photographer and label artist.

The winery is in Cloverdale, Sonoma County with grapes exclusively coming from organically and biodynamically dry-farmed family vineyards in the coastal valleys and ridges of Mendocino County. Nothing is added or taken away. Fining, filtration and sulphur are never employed.

Red clay loam soils from old vines planted in 1968! One night of maceration after foot stomping, with pristine clusters left at the bottom. Nine months elevage.

Slightly spritzy, light & elevating, lime typhoon, primal quenching, saline, rounded with an oxygenated wingspan.
