Garganuda is a young, vibrant project founded in 2017 by Andrea Fiorini Carbognin in collaboration with Stefano Menti of the historic Giovanni Menti estate. Built on a shared vision of biodynamic farming and minimal intervention, the focus is on pure, expressive wines from Soave and Valpolicella.

The vineyards are rooted in volcanic soils—what Andrea calls “their gold”—bringing both energy and depth to the wines. Fermentations are wild, nothing is added or taken away, and the approach is deliberately unrestrained.

In pursuit of that freedom, the wines were declassified from DOC to IGT in 2021, allowing experimentation without compromise. The result is wines that feel both true to place and distinctly modern—bright, energetic and evolving beautifully with each vintage.
