ICARO is a small, immensely exciting project by four passionate friends. Their mission is to revitalise and reintroduce the world to the wines of Romani Castelli (Roman Castles) and they’re doing a stellar job. Farming is organic and everything from grape to bottle is done by hand. 

Anforgettable is very late picked Trebbiano and Malvasia that spends 12 months on skins in terracotta amphorae. An uncompromising wine, with unique and ever-evolving aromas, more complex and layered than its brothers. On the nose, exotic fruit, mint and a light balsamic oxidation. In the mouth, an unprejudiced sip guided by acidity and a deep minerality.
