Nevio Scala won the 1983 UEFA Champions League with AC Milan then went on to coach Parma from Serie B to Serie A. He came from humble agricultural beginnings, and to these humble roots he has regrafted himself. 

Organically-farmed fruit comes into the cellar pristine, fermented separately then combined and raised in concrete for winter and spring then bottled in early summer.
