Les Athletes du Vin is a collective of Loire Valley growers established to champion the region's diverse appellations and indigenous varieties. Working with sustainably and organically farmed vineyards, the collective favours traditional winemaking and minimal intervention, producing wines that reflect the individual character of their origins.

Gardien de Bulles is 100% Chenin Blanc from 50-year-old vines in Touraine. Produced using the traditional method and aged for 24 months on lees, it displays a fine, persistent mousse. Green apple and white peach are layered with lemon zest, brioche and delicate toasted almond notes. The palate is finely textured and precise, with vibrant acidity and chalky minerality providing tension and length. With no added dosage, the finish is dry, fresh and distinctly savoury.
