The Crémant du Jura is 100% Chardonnay, made in the traditional method and bottled Brut Nature with zero dosage. Lemon, green apple and pear are layered with white flowers, hazelnut, brioche and a chalky mineral edge. Fine bubbles and bright acidity keep the palate fresh and precise, with extended lees ageing bringing texture and a long, saline finish.
