Fleet Wines is the project of Lisa and Justin Jenkins, based in South Gippsland and producing small-batch wines from distinctive cool-climate vineyards across Victoria. Their approach is thoughtful and intuitive, with a focus on texture, freshness and allowing each vineyard to show its own personality.

Lichen Pinot Gris comes from the cool, elevated Whitlands High Plateau in the King Valley. Pear, white peach and citrus are layered with florals, ginger spice and a subtle savoury edge. Gentle skin contact brings texture and fine grip to the palate, balanced by bright acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Dry, vibrant and beautifully moreish, it’s a textural take on Pinot Gris built firmly around freshness and drinkability.
