Fleet Wines is the project of Lisa and Justin Jenkins, based in South Gippsland and producing small-batch wines from distinctive cool-climate vineyards across Victoria. With decades of hospitality experience behind them, their approach is intuitive and site-driven, producing wines built around flavour, texture, freshness and drinkability.
Lichen Chardonnay is bright and beautifully composed, with white peach, pear and citrus layered with delicate florals and subtle savoury notes. Gentle texture through the palate is balanced by fresh acidity and a fine mineral edge, finishing clean, energetic and wonderfully moreish.
