Sven Joschke is a Barossa Valley winemaker whose approach has been shaped by experience in both Australia and France's Jura region. Working with carefully selected vineyards and a restrained, low-intervention philosophy, he produces wines that challenge conventional expectations of the Barossa, favouring freshness, texture and savoury complexity over richness and extraction.

La Lulu is a barrel-fermented Chardonnay from the Barossa Valley, matured on lees to develop depth and texture. Ripe nectarine and white peach are layered with lemon zest, toasted almond and subtle spice. Generous yet finely balanced, the palate combines orchard fruit with gentle oak influence, refreshing acidity and a delicate mineral character. The finish is long, textured and distinctly savoury.
