Whip Wines is the project of Aaron Fenwick, formerly of Château Comme Ci, Comme Ça, working with organically farmed vineyards across South Australia. His restrained, minimal-intervention approach focuses on expressing the character of individual varieties and sites, producing wines defined by freshness, texture and balance.

White is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. White peach and nectarine are layered with lemon zest, delicate florals and fresh herbs. Bright and finely textured, the palate combines ripe orchard fruit with lively acidity and a subtle earthy, savoury character. Fresh and balanced, the wine finishes dry, with gentle mineral tension and persistence.
