Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Bright, supple and quietly textural. Pear, apple and citrus sit alongside a soft floral lift and a gentle almond note. The palate is rounded but fresh, with a silky glide and just enough grip to keep things lively. Easygoing but well put together—classic Alsatian comfort with a clean, refreshing finish.
