Anne and Jean-François Ganevat are among the defining names of modern Jura, working biodynamically across a patchwork of tiny vineyards around Rotalier. Alongside their estate wines, they produce a small collection of négociant cuvées, bringing the same low-intervention approach and focus on purity, energy and drinkability.

J’en Veux Encore brings together Gamay from Fleurie with old Jura varieties, creating a light, fragrant and wonderfully energetic red. Raspberry, sour cherry and wild berries are layered with violets, pepper, fresh herbs and gentle earthy spice. The palate is supple and silky, with crunchy acidity and delicate tannins keeping everything bright and lifted. Juicy, savoury and effortlessly drinkable, it’s Ganevat at their most playful and immediate.
