Domaine Ventoura, just north of Chablis in Fontenay, is a family farm turned sharp, estate-driven operation since 2014. Across 11 hectares (plus a little top-tier fruit from friends), everything is now certified organic. Old vines, wild ferments and a light touch in the cellar keep things honest. Even in the warm 2023 vintage, the wines stay true to type—salty, stony and seriously Chablis.

Petit Chablis is bright, lifted and unapologetically coastal in feel. Lemon zest, green apple and white peach sit over crushed oyster shell and wet stone. The palate is tight and energetic, with a saline snap and crisp acidity driving through to a clean, mouthwatering finish. Classic Petit Chablis—pure, precise and made for drinking young.
