Domaine Joly is a historic family estate based in Rotalier, in the southern Jura. Founded by the Joly family following the Second World War, the domaine is now led by Cédric Joly, who draws on experience in Burgundy and a deep understanding of the region's traditional varieties. Working with carefully managed vineyards and restrained winemaking, he produces wines distinguished by their purity, finesse and expression of terroir.

The Trousseau is made exclusively from Trousseau à la Dame, a selection valued for its aromatic complexity and elegance. Raised entirely in stainless steel, the wine displays a delicate, translucent ruby colour. Wild strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb are layered with dried herbs, fennel seed, white pepper and subtle woodland notes. Light and finely structured, the palate combines bright acidity with delicate, lacy tannins and a gentle savoury complexity. Elegant and precise, the wine finishes fresh, earthy and persistent.
