Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the qvevri-raised wines of Georgia, Massimo only uses stainless steel and Georgian qvevri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically- farmed vineyard. Everything is done by hand from vineyard to cellar and only a tiny amount of sulphur is added at bottling. 

Cipriani is their take on Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, made from 100% Verdicchio and raised in stainless steel on fine lees. The 2022 shows a step up in depth and texture—peach, citrus and white flowers layered with almond, honey and a gentle mineral note. The palate is structured yet fresh, with a subtle richness balanced by bright acidity and a lightly savoury, ammandorlato finish. Classic Verdicchio with both charm and quiet power.
