Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the qvevri-raised wines of Georgia, Massimo only uses stainless steel and Georgian qvevri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically- farmed vineyard. Everything is done by hand from vineyard to cellar and only a tiny amount of sulphur is added at bottling. 

Cipriani is sunshine in a glass — zesty lemon, pear and white flowers meet a salty snap of sea breeze. Crisp, juicy and bright, it’s summer simplicity bottled. One sip becomes three.
