Famille Dutraive was established in 2016 by Jean-Louis Dutraive and his children, Justin, Ophélie and Lucas, as an extension of the family's celebrated Domaine de la Grand'Cour in Fleurie. Working with carefully selected, organically farmed vineyards across Beaujolais, they maintain the same philosophy of whole-bunch fermentation, minimal intervention and a precise expression of individual terroirs.

Les Perelles comes from 50-year-old Gamay vines rooted in the stony, alluvial soils of northeastern Chénas. Red cherry and cranberry are layered with violet, subtle spice and earthy mineral notes. Fragrant and finely structured, the palate combines bright acidity with delicate, lightly grained tannins. The cooler 2021 vintage lends freshness and restraint, carrying the wine through a long, savoury and elegant finish.
