Brash Higgins is the project of Brad Hickey, whose curiosity and willingness to experiment have made his wines some of McLaren Vale’s most distinctive. Drawing inspiration from traditional techniques around the world, Brad works with minimal intervention to produce wines that favour character, texture and individuality over convention.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply perfumed, opening with cassis, blueberry, Earl Grey tea and sweet mint, layered with caraway, florals and a touch of Dutch liquorice. Rich and composed, the palate weaves dark berries with roasted root vegetables and bright rhubarb, finishing long with fine, classic Cabernet tannins that bring freshness, structure and poise.
