Justin Dutraive represents the next generation of one of Beaujolais' most respected winemaking families. The son of Jean-Louis Dutraive of Domaine de la Grand'Cour, Justin established his own domaine in 2015, continuing the family's commitment to organic farming and low-intervention winemaking. Working with old-vine Gamay, his wines are distinguished by their purity, elegance and precise expression of terroir.

La Madone comes from old vines on the steep, granite-rich slopes overlooking Fleurie. One of the appellation's most celebrated sites, La Madone produces Gamay of exceptional perfume and finesse. Dark cherry and raspberry are layered with violet, rose petal, subtle spice and an underlying mineral character. Concentrated yet refined, silky tannins and balanced acidity provide structure and length. The warm 2020 vintage brings generosity and depth while retaining the elegance characteristic of this distinguished vineyard.
