Fleur de Savagnin En Chalasse is a beautifully textured expression of Savagnin, made in a fresh, topped-up style. Ripe pear, preserved lemon and white flowers are layered with almond, beeswax and gentle spice, while extended time on lees brings richness and depth. Bright acidity and a pronounced saline mineral line keep the palate energetic and focused, finishing long, savoury and wonderfully persistent.
