La Fralluca is the project of Francesca and Luca, who left careers in Milan’s fashion industry to realise a long-held dream of making wine on the Tuscan coast. Since 1998, they have quietly built a reputation for thoughtful, site-driven wines that reflect the rugged beauty of their stony vineyards.
Pitis is a selection of Syrah from the Punta and Romano vineyards, planted with Rhône clones on poor, rocky soils. Red berries, cracked pepper and graphite lead the way, with layers of spice and savoury depth carried by fine tannins and vibrant freshness. Powerful yet poised, it’s a Syrah that combines immediate drinkability with the structure to reward patient cellaring.
