Henskens Rankin is the sparkling wine project of winemaker Frieda Henskens, dedicated entirely to small-production Tasmanian sparkling. Drawing on exceptional cool-climate vineyards and extended lees ageing, the wines combine Tasmania’s natural freshness with depth, texture and remarkable complexity.

The 2019 Brut Rosé blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, spending almost six years on lees before disgorgement. Raspberry, wild strawberry and quince are layered with delicate florals, toast and almond croissant, while a fine bead and bright acidity keep the palate precise and energetic. Generous and beautifully textured yet distinctly dry, it finishes long with a saline, oyster-shell minerality.
