Domaine Labet is one of the benchmark estates of the southern Jura, run by siblings Julien, Romain and Charline Labet from their home in Rotalier. Farming organically and working across dozens of tiny parcels, their approach is thoughtful and remarkably site-driven, producing wines of purity, energy and distinctive Jura character. 

Les Chaseaux is a beautifully delicate expression of Trousseau, grown on gravel and red clay over limestone. Wild strawberry and red cherry are layered with violet, pepper, dried herbs and a gentle earthy minerality. The palate is light and finely textured, with bright acidity and delicate tannins bringing freshness and precision through a long, savoury finish. Fragrant, energetic and quietly complex, it captures the more elegant side of Jura Trousseau.
