Located in Friuli Pozzuolo, Villa job is the estate of vinous power couple Alessandro Job and Lavinia Monrreale. The estate is 6.5 Ha, with soils comprising clay, sandstone and marl. The vines on average are 20 years old and farmed organically. We have been blown away by the freshness and vitality of these wines, kicking ourselves for not discovering them sooner!

Gravità is a powerful and soulful made using 100% Schioppettino grapes. It kicks off with a wild, spontaneous fermentation—both alcoholic and malolactic—using only native yeasts in open wooden barrels. Then, it takes its time, aging for a full 36 months in concrete and well-loved barrels, followed by another 12 months in the bottle. No filtration, no shortcuts—just pure, unfiltered character with depth, spice, and a touch of the unexpected.
