Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

This is the Fuchs' opulent and refined Crémant d'Alsace aged for two years on the lees before disgorgement. Rich lemon curd, spice and toast aromas with great intensity and mouth-filling fizz.
