Whip Wines is the project of Aaron Fenwick, formerly of Château Comme Ci, Comme Ça, working with organically farmed vineyards across South Australia. His restrained, minimal-intervention approach focuses on freshness, texture and purity of fruit, producing expressive wines that balance contemporary winemaking with regional character.

Red is 100% Merlot from Vine Vale in the Barossa Valley. Black cherry and ripe plum are layered with redcurrant, dried herbs, subtle spice and earthy notes. Medium-bodied and generously textured, the palate combines plush dark fruit with supple tannins and refreshing acidity. Savoury and finely balanced, the wine finishes with gentle spice and lingering freshness.
