Ochota Barrels was formerly helmed by the late Taras Ochota, alongside his wife Amber, father Yari and their assistant winemaker Louis Schofield. 

Taras was a veritable figure in the movement toward freshness, tension and drinkability in wine.

Even after his untimely passing, the team, lead by Amber, continue to produce wines of incredible energy.
