Cà de Noci is a small family estate in the hills of Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to preserving the region’s increasingly rare indigenous grape varieties. Certified organic since 1993, the Masini family works with traditional methods and natural bottle fermentation, producing distinctive wines that capture the rustic energy and character of the Emilian hills.

Sottobosco brings together Lambrusco di Montericco, Sgavetta, Malbo Gentile and Lambrusco Grasparossa in a dry, naturally sparkling red. Blackberry, dark cherry and wild berries are layered with violets, dried herbs and earthy spice. Lively bubbles and bright acidity cut through the wine’s darker fruit and gentle tannins, finishing dry, savoury and wonderfully refreshing.
