Cà de Noci is a small family estate in the hills of Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to preserving the region’s increasingly rare indigenous grape varieties. Certified organic since 1993, the Masini family works with traditional methods and natural bottle fermentation, producing distinctive wines that capture the rustic energy and character of the Emilian hills.

Querciole is 100% Spergola, naturally refermented in bottle. Green apple, pear and lemon are layered with white flowers, fresh herbs and a gentle yeasty character. Fine bubbles and bright acidity bring energy and freshness, with a distinctly saline, mineral edge carrying through a dry, savoury finish.
