Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Fresh, lively and effortlessly drinkable. Green apple, lemon zest and pear lead, with a soft floral lift and a hint of brioche. The palate is crisp and clean, with fine bubbles and a gentle creaminess. Bright, refreshing and nicely balanced—perfect aperitif territory.
