TerraQuilia is a small, high-altitude estate in Emilia, farming organically at 500m in the hills around Guiglia. Working with native varieties and traditional bottle refermentation, their focus is on honest, unadulterated sparkling wines that reflect both place and process.

Terrebianche’ is their col fondo white, built around Pignoletto and left on its lees. The 2019 is bright and textural—lemon zest, green apple and pear lead, with a gentle almond note and a savoury, slightly yeasty edge. The palate is fresh and lively, with fine, cloudy fizz, a soft grip and a long, saline finish. Unfiltered, vibrant and quietly complex—frizzante with both energy and depth.
