Domaine du Clos du Fief is a fourth-generation family estate in Juliénas, today led by Michel and Sylvain Tête. Working across old Gamay vineyards with traditional, site-driven winemaking, the focus is on expressive Beaujolais that balances generosity and drinkability with a clear sense of place.

Juliénas comes from old Gamay vines rooted in stony, ancient alluvial soils. Raspberry, wild strawberry and mulberry are layered with rose petal, subtle spice and a gentle mineral edge. The palate is supple and juicy, with silky tannins and bright acidity bringing freshness and energy through a long, savoury finish. Fragrant, vibrant and beautifully composed, it’s classic cru Beaujolais with plenty of charm.
