Limestone Riesling comes from old vines planted in 1973 on the family’s Gullyview vineyard in Watervale, where red clay sits over limestone. Lemon peel, candied lime and pear are layered with orange blossom, ginger spice and an intense chalky minerality. Fermentation and ageing in ceramic amphora bring softness and texture to the palate, balanced by bright acidity and a saline, mineral finish. Precise yet beautifully textured, it’s a compelling expression of old-vine Clare Valley Riesling.
