Vivian is 100% Sangiovese from a mature vineyard planted on red clay over limestone in Watervale. Sour cherry and raspberry are layered with blood orange, dried herbs, rose and gentle spice. The palate is bright and energetic, with fresh acidity and fine, dusty tannins bringing savoury structure through a long, vibrant finish.
