Jean-François Ganevat is one of the defining names of modern Jura, farming a patchwork of tiny vineyards around Rotalier with a meticulous, low-intervention approach. Working biodynamically and with many old, indigenous varieties, his wines combine remarkable purity and energy with the distinctive character of the Jura.

Born from the frost-affected 2021 vintage, L’Enfant Terrible du Sud brings together Pinot Noir, Poulsard, Trousseau and the rare Enfariné from across the domaine. Wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry are layered with violets, pepper, dried herbs and gentle earthy spice. Light and beautifully energetic, fine tannins and bright acidity carry the wine through a long, mineral and savoury finish.
