Blackcurrant and mulberry sit at the core, layered with cedar, tobacco, black olive and subtle bay leaf. The years have brought harmony rather than weight, with fine, resolved tannins and bright acidity carrying the wine to a long, savoury finish. Elegant, composed and beautifully evolved, it shows Margaret River Cabernet at its most graceful.
