Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Taut, zippy and full of energy. Lime zest, green apple and white flowers lead, with a hint of wet stone and citrus pith. The palate is dry and racy, driven by bright acidity and a fine mineral line. Clean, focused and seriously refreshing—classic, no-fuss Alsatian Riesling.
