Château La Sable is a family estate in the Luberon Natural Park in Provence, revitalised by Virginie and Jean-Marc Mercier since 2017. One of the region’s early independent wineries, the vineyard is now farmed organically, with sandy soils and altitude bringing freshness and aromatic lift to the wines.

Luberon Rosé is classic southern French refreshment with a bit of polish. A blend led by Grenache and Syrah with a touch of Rolle, it shows strawberry, raspberry and white peach, with a soft citrus edge. The palate is supple and open, but kept lively by fresh acidity, finishing clean, bright and gently saline. Easy, vibrant and built for warm afternoons.
