Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the Qveri-raised wines of Georgia, Massimo only uses Stainless Steel and Georgian Qveri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically farmed 3.7 Hectare vineyard just outside the town of Jesi. Everything is done by hand from vineyard to cellar and only a negligible amount of sulphur is added at bottling.
Vibrant and fragrant, bursting with wild berries, cherry skin and rose petals. Crisp, dry and mineral, with lively acidity and a delicate floral finish. Joyful, bright and effortlessly refreshing.
