Dorsal Wines is Devin Alexander Myers, based on the wild, old growth redwood coast of Mendocino, California. Joined now in the cellar by his partner Jenna St. George, photographer and label artist.

The winery is in Cloverdale, Sonoma County with grapes exclusively coming from organically and biodynamically dry-farmed family vineyards in the coastal valleys and ridges of Mendocino County. Nothing is added or taken away. Fining, filtration and sulphur are never employed.

Red clay loam soils. Direct pressed Chardonnay juice onto Merlot berries and cluster, floataison style. Macerated together for a week in steel. Seven months elevage.

Electric in colour and sip, tropical, herbaceous, wild strawberry lava tonic.
