Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown is the project of Tessa Brown and Jeremy Schmölzer, based high in the hills of Beechworth. Their Thorley vineyard sits at the highest reaches of the region, where thoughtful farming and an uncompromising approach produce wines defined by freshness, detail and a strong sense of place.

Methode Traditionnelle is 100% Nebbiolo, made using the traditional method and aged for two years on lees. A fine, persistent bead carries white nectarine, citrus peel and dried rose, with brioche and gentle spice bringing savoury complexity. Bright, mouthwatering acidity keeps the palate crisp and energetic, finishing dry, refreshing and beautifully persistent.
