Cascina delle Rose is a tiny family-run estate in Tre Stelle, Barbaresco, farming just a handful of hectares with a traditional, low-intervention approach. The vineyards are organically farmed, with native fermentations and long ageing in large, untoasted oak allowing Nebbiolo and the character of each site to remain firmly at the centre of the wines.

Tre Stelle is fragrant, graceful and beautifully poised, showing a more delicate side of Barbaresco. Wild strawberry, cranberry and red cherry are layered with rose, violet, dried herbs and white pepper. Fine, silky tannins and bright acidity give the palate freshness and lift, with a subtle mineral thread carrying through to a long, elegant finish. Refined and quietly complex, it’s already remarkably inviting while having plenty of potential to evolve.
