Julien Viana is one of Savoie's brightest young stars. A native to the French Alpine region, Julien organically farms 10ha with extreme care and dedication. He believes in farming thoughtfully and working with nature to ensure as little as possible, if anything is added in the winery. The Village of Cruet, his birthplace, is where Julien farms his vineyards. 

Le Paroxysme is a blend of 45/45/10 pinot noir/gamay/mondeuse, all whole bunch fermented then brought together to form a medium-bodied, freshly-framed red of moreish proportion. No sulphur added at any point, it’s as raw as the finest sashimi.
