Set, forget, receive, drink!
When you subscribe, you’re being charged for the following month's Juice Box. For example, if you subscribe on the 13th of January, you'll be debited on the 13th but this will be your February Juice Box. You won't be charged again until the following month—in this case, the 1st of March.
If you subscribe between the 1st and 28th of a month, you'll receive your first subscription within three days if you live within 18km of Prahran.
If you live outside of this zone, we'll send your Juice Box as soon as possible with one of our courier partners. Please allow 3-7 days for regional Victoria, 2-3 days for Sydney metro and 4-10 days for all other states (10+ for NT).
If you subscribe between the 28th and the 3rd, you'll receive your Juice Box between the 3rd and 7th. For example, if you subscribe on the 30th of January, you'll receive your Juice Box between the 3rd and 7th of February.
Once you're on board, you can expect your Juice Box between the 3rd and the 7th of each month if you live within 18km of Prahran. If you live outside of this zone, please expect your Juice Box within 3-7 days for regional Victoria, 2-3 days for Sydney metro and 4-10 days for all other states (10+ for NT).
