Juice Box FAQs
When will I receive my subscription?
When you first subscribe, this will become the date you will be charged each month.
For example, if you subscribe on the 13th of March, you’ll be debited on the 13th of each month thereafter.
Your first Juice Box will be dispatched within three business days.
Please allow 2-5 days for Melbourne metro, 3-7 days for regional Victoria, 2-5 days for Sydney metro and 4-10 days for all other states (10+ for NT).
When does my subscription start?
Your first subscription will be debited at the time you subscribe with every subscription thereafter debited on the same date you first subscribed.
For example, if you subscribe on the 13th of January, you’ll be debited on the 13th of each month following. We'll endeavour to get your wines out within a few days.
How much is shipping?
$10 for Melbourne Metro & Surrounds, $15 for Regional VIC, $20 for NSW & SA, $30 for QLD, WA & NT
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Australia.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! You can skip a month, pause for a few or cancel through the 'Manage Subscriptions' section in your DITC account.
